Fiberglass-strength composite materials are subject to different requirements than regular plastic materials. For this reason, we supply most products according to the drawing.

By using state-of-the-art manufacturing machinery, executed with hard metal or diamond tooling (PKD), Brandenburger ensures perfect workmanship. The manufacturing process has been designed specifically in order to meet the highest demands in terms of precision and surface quality.

Drilling, milling, turning, sanding, grinding and waterjet cutting are a few of the manufacturing methods that we use, within the limits of the material, in order to produce your custom-made solution.

Ranging from standard cuts to components with high complex geometries, we prepare our materials specifically to meet your demands.

Our CAD department assists you in your drawing process and converts your drawing data into designs ready for the manufacturing process.
